KIRCO and KIRCOMANIX are working together with Beztak and pH7 Architects to develop and construct Monark Grove Clarkston, a best-in-class modern seniors housing community. The single building, three story structure will be constructed on a heavily wooded 17-acre site adjacent to DTE Energy Music Theater. The community will house a total of 148 units, including 77 independent living units, 49 assisted living units, and 22 memory care units. The units will have high-end finishes and the independent living units will feature full kitchens, quartz countertops, and washers and dryers.
The community’s first-class amenities will include multiple restaurant-style dining venues, pub, game room, bistro, full-service salon and day spa, state-of-the-art fitness facility, yoga and group fitness center, library, multipurpose activity room, multiple sun rooms, outdoor dining and lounge area, and exterior pickle ball and bocce ball courts.
