KIRCO acquired this building as a vacant 140,000 SF office building and redeveloped it into a first-class outpatient medical center in 2011.
Henry Ford Health System is the primary tenant in the building located at 5500 Auto Club Drive in Dearborn. Henry Ford has recently taken occupancy of the entire third floor adding two new departments, Internal Medicine and Behavioral Health to the Kirkwood building.
Other HFHS departments in the building include OptimEyes, Ophthalmology, Pharmacy, Lab, Rehabilitation Services, Pediatrics, Radiology, Women’s Health, Dermatology, and Pain Management Clinic.
This class-A medical office building has been recognized with several awards since its redevelopment most recently including the Dearborn City Beautiful award and the National HREI Insights award.
