Dave Hales is Executive Vice President Asset and Property Management for KIRCO’s portfolio of real estate. Mr. Hales joined KIRCO in 2007 and is responsible for managing all of the real estate investment portfolio. He is also an active and key participant in evaluating investment opportunities and as well as managing the diligence process for new transactions.
Prior to joining KIRCO, Mr. Hales spent that portion of his career in Dave Hales is Executive Vice President Asset and Property Management for KIRCO’s portfolio of real estate. Mr. Hales joined KIRCO in 2007 and is responsible for managing all of the real estate investment portfolio. He is also an active and key participant in evaluating investment opportunities and as well as managing the diligence process for new transactions. Prior to joining KIRCO, Mr. Hales spent that portion of his career in health care holding several positions with St. John Heath System (subsequently acquired by Ascension) including Director of Corporate Real Estate. Mr. Hales earned his BS from Ferris State University with a major in Health Systems Management.
