As a member of the Kiriluk family, Dean has always been involved in the family business and has held many different roles within the firm. These roles have included asset management, property management, leasing, and lease negotiations. Dean spent ten years leading KIRCO’s Carolina Office where he continues to direct development, construction, and management services. Dean returned to KIRCO’s corporate headquarters in 2010 using his experience to further impact the organization in a senior leadership position. As KIRCO’s chief investment officer he takes ownership of KIRCO’s most pressing development projects. He leads asset level finance for the organization and is the asset manager of KIRCO’s portfolio.
Dean earned his BS in Economics and Business from Lafayette College and then an MBA JD from Wayne State University.
