Matt is the President of KIRCO and has responsibility for overall corporate management and administration, and primary responsibility for all real estate development, construction, and management activity. Beginning at KIRCO in his teen years, Matt has been involved in various capacities including construction project management, leasing, development, and finance. Matt joined KIRCO full time in 1992 and has since led the company from Michigan into new locations across the United States including Ohio, Massachusetts, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Texas. Matt has a BA in Marketing from Hillsdale College and a Masters in Real Estate and Development from New York University.
