Mike Moore is Executive Vice President Construction Operations for KIRCO MANIX Construction. Mr. Moore joined KIRCO in 1987. His construction experience spans over 30 years beginning as a project engineer to becoming a highly recognized leader by industry peers for construction means and methods. His ability to facilitate a project team through highly successful planning, scheduling and cost control techniques allows his project managers to satisfy customer’s expectations. Mike’s hands on construction experience provides KIRCO’s projects an insightful perspective for optimizing cost, quality and schedule. Mike has a Masters in Engineering Management and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Detroit.
