Steve Szymanski joined KIRCO as Chief Financial Officer in January 2002. Mr. Szymanski oversees the financial, accounting and administrative operations of KIRCO including risk management, information technology and human resources. Mr. Szymanski has over 14 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining KIRCO, Mr. Szymanski held executive positions with Kmart, Perry Drug Stores and started his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Szymanski graduated with a BB with a double major in Accounting and Computer Science. Mr. Szymanski is a CPA certified in the State of Michigan.
